If you order $50 or more, then shipping is on us. That's right, free shipping on all orders over $50! Qualified orders automatically ship from nearest warehouse to you. 

Dispatch Time

Please note that we may require up to 24 business hours to process an order. In-stock items ordered Monday-Friday are generally shipped out within 24 hours. The processing of orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays may be postponed until the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding certain holidays).

The calculations for shipping times begin from the date the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. 

Shipping Methods

Air Mail from China

Air Mail is the normal shipping method for all orders. It only costs $3.95 per order & takes 7-14 days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided after your order has been mailed.

Local Post Shipping

In USA, UK, Canada, Western Europe and Japan we store goods in local warehouses. Delivery from local warehouses takes 2-7 days and costs $6.95 per order. A tracking number will be provided after your order has been mailed.

Expedited Shipping

If you need something delivered fast, then choose DHL/UPS for Expedited Delivery. We guarantee to deliver your order in 1-3 business days from dispatch date. A tracking number will be provided after your order has been mailed.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders (5 items or more) may take longer to be processed. We will notify you via email to provide the scheduled dispatch date.

Customs Duties & Taxes on Sales

Depending on your location, some of our parcels are shipped internationally and may be subject to location specific duties & taxes. Amounts vary based on the destination country, and aren’t applied until the goods reach that country.

The good news is that we will cover all duties or taxes (does not apply to bulk orders). All prices listed on our website are final. If you get charged customs fees, please email a photo/scan of your payment receipt to hello@coopercases.com to get your charges refunded.
